Q – WHAT IS THE CONCIERGE SERVICE AND THE COST?
Shipville provides a Concierge service whereby our customers notify Shipville in their account of items they would like to purchase by emailing email@example.com
We then bill your card for the cost of the purchase plus a 5% fee for a wire transfer or 10% fee for credit cards for standard, 3% fee for a wire transfer or 6% fee for credit cards for premium and premium + Mail and then have the items sent to your Shipville address, where we will then ship them to your door.
Q – WHAT RATE IS USED FOR BUSINESS CLIENT CUSTOMERS?
All business clients are given the Platinum membership for their customers at no cost for 1 month after completing a transaction at your store. If they purchase from your store again they will receive another free month if their first month has expired. Making this a mutually beneficial situation for both you and the customers.
