International Priority Shipping: How to Use Shipville

  • Platinum – Best for frequent shoppers that would benefit from longer package consolidation times and repacking to lower the overall cost.

Shop at millions of online shopping sites in the USA.  If it exists, you can shop there. It does not matter if the store only ships inside the USA or only accepts USA credit cards, as a Shipville Member you can now shop wherever you would like with access to the US merchant’s full product offerings as well as the best shipping prices available.

Shop at US websites like you usually would and use your Shipville address as your “Ship To” address.  When checking out, simply enter your Shipville address as your shipping address and select from one of the domestic shipping options provided.

*Remember to add your suite number to “line 2” in the address column.

TIPYou can also register your new US Address with your credit card company and use it as your billing address in addition to your international address or you can continue using your non-US address as your billing address on merchant orders. If the merchant doesn’t accept your credit card type or you’d simply like someone else to handle the ordering for you, use our Concierge service and we’ll purchase the products for you!

When your package arrives at our facility, we log it into your account and immediately send you a notification by email with the sender’s name, weight of the package and the date & time it was logged in to our system.

Every item received for you is inspected by our experts. Broken items, items that do not match what you ordered, and prohibited items are automatically flagged for your review. If you would like to return merchandise, we can do that for you.

As a Shipville member, you have 24/7 access to your online account information. You can login at any time to see package details. You can also request a variety of services on your packages including:

  • checking size, color, or make of items
  • taking photographs of items
  • scans of the merchant’s invoice
  • Consolidating packages and more
International Mail and Package ForwardingStep 5-Your package is delivered to you in 1-5 days anywhere around the world!

We have partnered with Fedex and DHL to make sure that you receive the fastest service and most cost efficient rates available.  You can set a courier preference or we will automatically select the fastest & least expensive courier option (DHL or FedEx) for you on each shipment as we know which couriers work best with country specific customs(recommended).

You can track your package by logging in to your member area.  Keep track of your new items every step of the way.  Even share with others what new and exciting items are coming to you from your new address in the United States.
